Quality Control Specialist/Analyst


Job description
  • Perform sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
  • Conduct in-process analyses and evaluate third-party laboratory analysis results.
  • Develop new analytical methods or modify existing methods as needed.
  • Report analytical results related to chemical process control in a reliable manner.
  • Reporting results concerning chemical process control in rapid and reliable manner.
  • Collaborate closely with scientists during product development activities.
  • Oversee laboratory equipment and the overall laboratory environment.
  • Maintain an inventory of chemicals and supplies in the laboratory.
  • Ensure the quality of manufacturing processes and products in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Participating in internal and external audits of suppliers, clients, and ISO certification audits.

Requirements
  • Higher education in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Practical laboratory experience with HPLC, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and NMR
  • Basic technical writing skills (e.g., SOPs, work instructions).
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • High level of diligence and accuracy, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to open, constructive communication and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

 Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001.
  • General understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
  • Previous experience in a Quality Control department.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
