A student (or listener) who cannot attend the final assessment (exam) of a subject due to illness or another valid reason must submit a request to the Study Department of the Faculty of Chemistry and Geosciences to arrange a rescheduled exam no later than one month from the start of the new semester. The request should be made via the "eStudent" portal.

If a student (or listener) cannot attend an intermediate assessment due to illness or another valid reason, they must inform the course instructor and provide a valid document.

A student must notify the Study Department at the email address  within three working days of the scheduled exam date if they cannot attend the final assessment due to illness or other valid reasons. After recovery, the student must provide a valid document. If this is not possible, the student (or listener) must inform the Study Department about the reason for absence as soon as possible.
