Three students from the Faculty of Chemistry and Geosciences participated in the conference with oral presentations:

Amelia Hendik – 2nd-year student of the Cosmetic Chemistry study programme. Presentation: "Synthesis, Structural Characterization, and Application of Boron-Doped Reduced Graphene Oxide for Electrochemical Dopamine Sensing". Supervisor – Prof. Justina Gaidukevič.

Nerija Ričkutė – 3rd-year student of the Chemistry study programme. Presentation: "Effect of Cr3+ Dopant Concentration on Emission in the NIR Region of YAG and YluAG Garnets". Supervisor – Asist. Dr. Greta Inkrataitė.

Greta Melkūnaitė – 4th-year student of the Chemistry study programme. Presentation: "Synthesis and Investigation of Graphene Oxide and Conducting Polymer Composites for Electrochemical Serotonin Sensing". Supervisor: Prof. Justina Gaidukevič.

The students presented the results of their ongoing research and successfully represented Vilnius University in the international academic community.

We are especially pleased to announce that Amelia Hendik was awarded the prize for the best oral presentation.

Congratulations to the students on their excellent performance, and best wishes for continued success in their research endeavours and in representing Vilnius University at international events!
