Applicants who have obtained a master's degree from a foreign higher education institution and do not have a document confirming the recognition of their diploma in Lithuania must submit all documents to the VU online applicant service system by 18 May 2026 (12:00). Applicants who have obtained a master's degree from a Lithuanian higher education institution must submit their applications and admission documents by 25 June 2026 (12:00).
