GENERAL REMARKS

This conference was organised in the frame of the European Community FP5 Programme “Competitive and Sustainable Growth” – within the thematic network (G5RT-CT-2000-05001) “MULTIMETOX” (Metal oxide multilayers obtained by cost-effective new CVD technologies for magnetoelectronic microsystems and nanotechnologies) and was open to external participants.

SCOPE

The main scope of the conference was exchange of ideas and cooperation between researchers and industry partners from European Countries in the field of processing, characterisation, investigation and application of metal oxide thin films and multilayers.
